Amid Pro-Freedom Slogans, Unidentified Militant Laid to Rest

Amid pro-freedom and pro-Islam slogans, thousands of people Friday participated in the funeral prayers of an unidentified militant who was killed in an encounter with forces in Kanthapora village of Lolab in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district, late last night.

Shouting slogans people marched along with the body of the unidentified militant towards the graveyard.

He was laid to rest at a local graveyard in Kanthapora.
