K-Frames on Jan 26

Second successive January 26 under Governor’s in Kashmir triggered a traditional dual response: calmness amid clampdown. While roads gave a ghostly look in Srinagar and elsewhere, almost all state machinery was inside Bakshi Stadium to be the part of R-Day celebrations.
