55-Year-Old Among 3 More Die Due To Covid-19, J&K Toll 1941

SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir reported three more death due to the covid-19 in the last 24 hours, taking the fatality to 1941, officials said on Tuesday.

The victims include a 65-year-old woman from Mattan Anantnag, an 80-year-old man from Buchpora Srinagar and a 55-year-old man from Kathua.

With these deaths, the fatality count has reached 1941 in J&K—1219 in Valley and 722 in Jammu division, news agency GNS quoted the officials as having said.

Srinagar district with 458 deaths tops the list followed by Jammu (371), Baramulla (174), Budgam (118), Kupwara (95), Pulwama (88), Anantnag (86), Doda (64), Bandipora (61), Udhampur (57), Kulgam (54), Rajouri (55), Kathua (53), Ganderbal (46), Shopian (39), Samba (40), Poonch (24), Ramban (21), Kishtwar(22), and Reasi (15).
