Wearing headscarf during police training to be taken up with DGP: Veeri

Minister for Revenue, Parliamentary Affairs, Hajj & Auqaf, Abdul Rehman Veeri on Saturday informed the House that the matter regarding wearing of headscarf by girls during training in the police will be taken up with the Director General of Police.

The spokesman said minister raise the issue after  MLA Kargil Asgar Ali Karbalie questioned the house regarding headscarf during Zero Hour in Legislative Assembly.

Meanwhile, several members raised various public interest issues related to their respective areas in the Legislative Assembly during the Zero Hour.
