Jammu and Kashmir Police on Tuesday said in its continuous drive against the social crimes, a police party of Police Station Nishat on a tip-off raided a gambling site and apprehended 05 gamblers.
The spokesman said that stake money of Rs 10,694 and playing cards were recovered from their possession.
In this connection case, FIR 10/18 under section 13 Gambling Act was registered and an investigation was taken up, a spokesman said.
