Three persons including a Sub-Inspector (SI) of police were booked in Mendhar area of Poonch district.
Sources told Srinagar-based news agency GNS that the SI Baghdad Hussain and his two sons were booked by police after a complaint was lodged by Tariq Hussain Shah in which he had alleged that the said officer thrashed him and his family members over land dispute.
The sources said that a case under FIR number 115 under sections 452, 323, 363 RPC has been registered against the officer and his two sons on the directions of magistrate.
