SRINAGAR: Gulam Mohammad Kanth, former Chief Engineer PHE Kashmir, breathed his last at his Nigheen residence today. He was unwell for a long time.
Kanth was the elder brother of renowned physician, Dr Ahmaddin Kath, who passed away on July 13, 2021.
Family sources said the funeral prayers were offered at 11 am and he will be laid to rest at their ancestral graveyard at Molvi Maybeara. The fourth day has been scheduled for May 31, at 10 am.
