SRINAGAR: Unknown Gunmen suspected to be militants fired upon a civilian at Karan Nagar area of central Kashmir’s Srinagar district on Saturday.
Quoting a senior Police officer news agency GNS reported that militants fired upon a civilian from close range in Karan Nagar . He has been shifted in critical condition to nearby hospital for treatment.
