SRINAGAR: A Panchayat ghar was gutted in a mysterious blaze that broke out in Damhal Hanjipora area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam on Wednesday evening, official sources said.
Quoting official sources the news agency KNO reported that a fire broke out in a Panchayat Ghar at Hariweth in Kulgam, the fire tenders rushed to the spot and the flames were doused.
“The building suffered partial damage in the incident,” they said.
Tehsildar Damhal Hanjipora, Niyaz Ahmad Bhat said that the fire has been brought under control and the doors and windows of the building has suffered damage.
