An official spokesman said that out of the remaining 630 cases, the transition of 363 RReTs is pending for want of deficiency or verification of requisite documents and not having clear CID verification remarks.
“All the cases of transition of RReTs and regularization of ReTs is being vigorously processed in the Directorate with focused attention so that no one should feel desperate or helpless on this account,” the statement said.
However, it was also made clear that the transition of Bashir Ahmad Mir, the resident of Avil DH Pora Kulgam is pending for the lack of a clear police verification report. It was his son Shoib Bashir, who committed suicide in protest against his father not being paid salary for 30 months.
Meanwhile, it has been reiterated that the legitimately earned salaries of all the RReTs / ReTs shall be released immediately.
Earlier in the day, the Director of School Education, Kashmir issued order No 287 DSEK of 2021 that released all the pending salary.
