Eighteen passengers were injured, three of them critically, after a bus they were traveling in turned turtle in Chontipora village of Mawer area of Handwara in northern part of Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Tuesday.
The accident occurred today morning when the bus was on its way to Handwara from Mawer.
“The bus, bearing registration number JK13 3402 overturned today morning at Chontipora village in which almost 18 passengers received minor injuries, while as three passengers were critically injured,” officials said.
However, other passengers are said to be stable.
