SRINAGAR
Police along with 19 RR launched a search operation in the jungle area of Chree, Larnoo in Kokernag, a police statement said on Wednesday.
During the search operation arms and ammunition was recovered from an underground dump in a potato farm. The recoveries include an AK 47 rifle, 04 AK magazines, 35 AK rounds, 08 Grenade, 01 RPG, 6 UBGL and a pouch, it informed.
A case has been registered in this regard in police station Kokernag and investigation has been started, the statement added.
