Weather to improve from Friday: MeT

Weather in Jammu and Kashmir will improve from Friday, the Meteorological Department officials said Thursday.

“From January, 27, the weather will show significant improvement. There can be light to moderate rains tomorrow but overall the weather will improve,” Director MeT, Sonam Lotus told Kashmir Life.

The valley remained cut-off for the third consecutive day as the Srinagar-Jammu Highway was closed for traffic.

All flights to and fro from Srinagar International Airport were cancelled for second straight day due to poor visibility and slippery runway.
