Police arrests three drug peddlers in Budgam

Budgam police arrested three drug peddlers and recovered contraband substance from their possession.

According to police statement, on a specific information, a police party of Police Station Magam, Budgam apprehended three drug peddlers namely Manzoor Ahmad Mir son of Abdul Rehman resident of Mazhama, Nisar Ahmad Bhat son of Sona-ul-lah resident of Nowpora Kallan and Sajad Ahmad Malik son of Sona-ul-lah resident of Pattan from Mazhama. 130 bottles of Codeine phosphate was recovered from their possession.

A case FIR number 06/2017 has been registered into the matter and investigation was taken up.
