4 suffer bullet injuries after forces open fire in Samboora

Five persons were injured after forces resorted to firing and teargas shelling to disperse protesters in Samboora village of Pulwama district in southern party of Kashmir on Tuesday.

Reports said that protests erupted in the villages after forces launched a search and cordon operation.

They said that five persons were injured in the forces’ action.

They were shifted to SKIMS Soura for treatment.

Police officials have reportedly confirmed that four persons have suffered bullet injuries and one has been hit by pellets.

However, all the five are said to be stable.
