Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti has expressed grief over the passing away of Begum Khursheed Bakshi, noted educationist of yesteryears and wife of former Prime Minister, late Bakshi Ghulam Muhammad. Begum Bakshi passed away last evening at Srinagar.
In her condolence message, the Chief Minister recalled the contribution of Begum Bakshi in the spread of education and women empowerment in the State.
Mehbooba Mufti has prayed for peace to the departed soul and conveyed her sympathies with the bereaved family.
