SRINAGAR
An encounter has started in the Kaiser Mulla village in Chadoora area between the suspected militants and the forces Monday afternoon.
Locals told Kashmir Life that they heard gun shots in the area and ran for the cover.
Sources said that forces have cordoned off the area and operation against the hiding militants was going on when the reports last came in.
