Army man kills two colleagues, himself at Poonch

SRINAGAR

A soldier in Poonch area before shooting himself to death by his service rifle fired at other two colleagues, killing them on spot.

A cop personnel belonging to Jammu and Kashmir Light Infantry (JKLI) namely Darshan Kumar killed two of his colleagues Subedar Chamel Singh and Hawaldar Rajat Kumar near Gurpur sector of Poonch area with his service rifle.

Reports informed that e a verbal dual erupted between Subedar Chamel Singh and Hawaldar Rajat Kumar after which other personnel Darshan Kumar killed them both and later shot himself. All three were killed on spot reportedly.

Later police reached on the spot and took the bodies for the post mortem. The officials maintained that the case for the investigation has been registered at Police station Poonch and police is probing the matter at initial stage.
