Jugal Kishore of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) was leading over his Congress rival while as Union Health Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad of Congress party was leading in Udhampur Parliamentary seat over BJP.

In Ladakh, Ghulam Raza, an independent candidate, was leading the vote.
