Cloud burst in Awantipora

Awantipora police shifted four families to safety in Pampore area after a cloud burst hit Gundbal village. A Masjid and some houses were damaged in the cloud burst.

At about 10 pm, last night, a Masjid, some houses and a cow shed got partially damaged when a cloud burst hit Gundbal village, Pampore. The structures were partially submerged in water. However, no loss of life was reported in the incident.

Meanwhile, police party was rushed to the spot. Police evacuated 04 families to safer place in Govt. Middle School, Dursoo as a precautionary measure.
