SRINAGAR
A person commits suicide by consuming poison in Kalaroos area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district, police sources said on Saturday.
60 years old Ghulam Hassan wani son of Mahad Wani, a resident of Madmadov Kalaroos consumed some poisonous substance at his home, they said. He was shifted to District Hospital Kupwara for treatment.
However, Khan passed away in the hospital, the official said, adding that a case has been registered in this regard and further investigations taken up.
