Srinagar
A teenage boy drowned in river Lidder at tourist resort Pahlagam in southern district of Islamabad Thursday afternoon.
Reports said that a boy aged around 17-18 years drowned in the river when he went for swimming. The boy reportedly had gone on school picnic and initial reports said that the deceased is a resident of Eidgah area of Srinagar.
His body was fished out near Poshwan park in Batkoot, police sources said. The identity of the boy is being ascertained.
