The Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly secretariat has a new secretary.
Media reports said that the incumbent Secretary Muhammad Ramzan is retiring on Wednesday and he is being replaced by M R Singh.
Singh hails from Nagrota in Jammu province. He is being elevated from the post of Special Secretary in the assembly secretariat.
Singh will take the charge as secretary in presence of Speaker of the Assembly Kavinder Gupta, reports added.
