Every killing strengthens anti-India Sentiment in Kashmir: Rasheed

 Srinagar

Asking New Delhi to take lessons from the killing of top militant commander Sabzar Bhat, MLA Langate, Er Rasheed has said that every killing adds to the anger of Kashmiris

In a statement Rasheed said “let New Delhi understand that killing militants has nothing to do with controlling militancy as militants get killed through the barrel of the gun but they are creation of history of broken promises and denial of justice to people of Kashmir.”

Rasheed added, “If terrorists of state are heroes of masses, whom it claims to be its own people then state has no right to celebrate their deaths as the masses are the real judge and state interpreting against the sentiments of masses has no right to thrust its view point”.

Saying Kashmiris have never celebrated deaths he said, “no family or society would ever wish to lose their young generation one way or the other, nor would any parent ever wish to see their children joining underground organisations, but every institution of New Delhi has been adding fuel to the fire.”
