An unidentified body of a woman was recovered Tuesday morning from Jhelum river near Asham area of Sumbal in northern part of Kashmir’s Bandipora district, police said.
An official said that the body was recovered by locals at around 8 am.
“The woman is around 60 years of age. Her body has been kept at a hospital in Sumbal,” he said.
