Weather to improve from Wednesday;One way traffic on highway

The weather is likely to improve from Wednesday says Meteorological department Kashmir. Tuesday is going to be cloudy with rains at isolated places within six hours over the Jammu and Kashmir.

“We are expecting the weather will improve, will remain mostly sunny from Wednesday for the next forty-eight hours and chances of isolated rain will be from  Friday,” Meteorological official told Kashmir Life on phone.

Meanwhile one way traffic on the Srinagar-Jammu highway continues to ply on Tuesday. Vehicles, including those carrying essentials besides passengers, left from Jammu this morning.

And traffic from Srinagar to Jammu will be allowed tomorrow. “There is no chances of two-way traffic on Srinagar- Jammu highway until the end of this month, the advisory of traffic will be issued of the first of May,” said a police official from Traffic control room Srinagar told Kashmir Life on phone.
