Suspected militants shot at People Democratic Party (PDP) district president Abdul Gani Vakil in Kakapora area of Pulwma district on Monday, officials said.
“He has been shot in the chest,” an official said, who stated his condition to be critical.
Kohli has been referred to SMHS.
