Former J&K Interlocutor Dileep Padgaonkar Dies

The veteran journalist and one of the three interlocutors appointed by Delhi post-2010 in Kashmir, Dileep Padgaonkar has passed away.

Padgaonkar was hospitalized after a massive heart attack on November 18.

The late scribe was famous for his assertion that Times of India editor is shadow prime minister of India.

Former JK Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has condoled the death of Padgaonkar.

Omar tweeted, “So sorry to hear about the death of Dileep Padgaonkar earlier today. I have fond memories of my many interactions with him. RIP Dileep Sb.”
