Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) chief Yasin Malik reached Sedow in Shopian around midnight to visit the family of pellet victim Insha Mushtaq.
Reports said that Malik gave a slip to police and managed to reach Shopian late yesterday night.
“Malik visited Insha Mushtaq who lost vision in both eyes due to pellets.”
A JKLF spokesperson said that Malik later drove to a family of another 17-year-old who was killed during the current uprising and later reached Jamia Masjid Shopian to address people.
However, the area has been sealed by Police.
Meanwhile, while talking to Kashmir Life, Malik said, “I along with three other JKLF members are stuck inside Jamia Masjid Shopian which has been cordoned off by Police.”
