Differently Abled Boy of Kupwara Village Missing

A 19 year old boy Amir Ahmad Bhat of Daril Tarathpora in Ramhaal village of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district is missing since 24^th April 2016.

A specially abled boy, Amir who does not carry any identity card.

His father, Abdul Jabbar Bhat, told Kashmir Life that he left home on 24^th April and didn’t return home since.
