Once again, Pakistan has reiterated that it is committed to find a “just and peaceful resolution to Kashmir dispute”.

“Pakistan’s position on the Kashmir dispute is based on the UN Security Council resolutions,” Radio Pakistan quoted Pakistan’s Adviser on Foreign Affairs, Sartaj Aziz, as having said in a meeting on Kashmir issue on Tuesday.

Reports reaching here said, “Pakistan is steadfast in extending political, moral and diplomatic support to the people of Kashmir in their just struggle for their inalienable right to self-determination.”

Aziz further said, “Pakistan is ready to hold talks with India at any level without any preconditions.”

Meanwhile, the ‘Contact Group’ of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) on Jammu and Kashmir has expressed solidarity with Kashmir and extended full support to their cause.

The meeting attended by the OIC’s foreign ministers was held in New York on the fringes of the UN General Assembly.
