The J&K Government has so far referred 4313 Non-Gazetted vacancies to &K Services Selection Board and out of these 3735 posts have so far been advertised.
The J&K Services Selection Board has decided that after processing the application forms received by it from the aspiring candidates, it shall conduct written examination for all the posts, an official statement said Wednesday late evening.
“There are over 6000 non-gazetted vacancies available in various departments at present. All these vacancies, as per the Jammu and Kashmir Special Recruitment Rules, 2015, have been ordered to be filled up under Fast Track Recruitment process,” the statement said.
It may be recalled that the present Government Vide Government Order No. 912-GAD of 2015 dated 30.06.2015 accorded sanction to the adoption of Fast Track Recruitment Policy for making recruitments in the Government departments. As per the rules, all the non-gazetted posts shall be filled up on a fast track basis. “The government is in the process of initiating fast track recruitment against the lowest level gazetted posts in the School Education and Higher Education Departments.”
