SRINAGAR: ADB Young Professionals Programme (YPP) is an entry-level recruitment programme aimed at attracting highly qualified and motivated individuals to ADB with relatively less experience.
ADB offers a range of opportunities to develop professional skills and an understanding of ADB’s operations, policies, and procedures. The application process will start September from September 01 2023 and will be over by September 302023.
The candidate should not be above 32 years of age, must have three years of professional experience relevant to ADB, demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, and should have ability to work with people of different nationalities and cultural backgrounds.
The programme will be offered for a fixed-term appointment of three years, initially, candidates will be placed in an operational department in Manila, Philippines and after eighteen months, candidates will be assigned to another area as a rotation assignment.
Throughout the programme, the candidate will participate in missions, fact-finding, project review, country programming, sector and policy studies or disbursement.
The selection process consists of multiple stages, which include an online psychometric assessment, written test, presentation, and virtual and/or face-to-face interviews.
The expected salary for selected candidates is $81,000- $97,200 (INR 6695824.50 – INR 8034600.60) per annum.
