Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) senior leader and MLA Karnah, Raja Manzoor Ahmed Wednesday expressed anguish over the continuous escalation on the Line of Control (LoC) which has resulted in the colossal loss of life and property.
“People living along the border are the worst sufferers of any breakdown of cease-fire and the larger reconciliation process,” he said in a party statement issued this evening.
The MLA apprised the Party General Secretary, Mohammad Sartaj Madni of the hardships and sense of insecurity faced by the people living along LOC in Karnah.
He stressed on the need for the construction of bunkers so that innocent lives could be saved in the future.
