SRINAGAR: Scores of BSNL mobile service users have been fuming over the inflated bills they have received for January, February period.
A senior journalist who is availing the BSNL mobile service for over a decade said that he has never received a bill of more than one thousand but when he received the bill yesterday and it showed Rs 1900 he was “shocked”.
Another customer said that he received two bills during this period. “First I received the bill which showed the billed amount as Rs 1374/- and then a week later BSNL sent a bill once again with a correction. The billed amount is Rs 1000,” he said.
There were numerous costumers who had similar complaints to share.
The aggrieved costumers said that no one in BSNL is paying any attention to their deeds.
When Kashmir Life tried to contact the BSNL authorities there was no response. The customer service helpline numbers available on website resounded “out of order”.
