Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) Chief Muhammad Yasin Malik was shifted to Central Jail Srinagar late last night after his detention Pulwama district of southern Kashmir.
“Malik was shifted to Central Jail late last night along with Pulwama district president Javid Ahmad and two other activists,” a spokesperson of JKLF said.
Malik was detained after Friday prayers when he was leading a protest rally against the issuance of domicile certificates to West Pakistan refugees outside Jamia Masjid in Pulwama.
