HC quashes PSA of Muslim league District leader

SRINAGAR

The Jammu and Kashmir High Court on Saturday quashed Public Safety Act (PSA) of Muslim League District Chief Pulwmama Abdul Rashid Dar Kulpori and directed his immediate release, reports said.

The order was announced by Mr Justice Muzaffar Hussain Attar. Advocate Nasir Qadri pleaded his case. Dar is in jail for around last three months. He is currently in district jail Kathua
