Gov, CM felicitates people on Losar

Governor N. N. Vohra, has extended warm greetings to the people of Ladakh on the  occasion of Losar, the Ladakhi New Year.

In his message of felicitations,  Mr Vohra according to spokesman  observed that the festival of Losar symbolizes the high traditions of love, tolerance, amity, communal harmony and brotherhood, which the people of Ladakh have cherished and nurtured over the centuries.

Meanwhile Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti has also greeted on the occasion of Losar. Ms Mufti according to spokesman, hoped the festival, which represents the age-old Ladakhi tradition of love, harmony and affection, would be a harbinger of communal harmony, peace and brotherhood in the state.
