A speedy tipper hit and broke the legs of a minor girl in a Kupwara village on Thursday.
Locals identified the injured Girl as, Mariya daughter of Muhammad Akbar, a resident of Tikker village in Kupwara.
They said, the Girl was hit by a tipper when she was walking on the road. She was shifted to District Hospital Kupwara where doctors referred her to Srinagar for advanced treatment.
SHO Kupwara said that the tipper driver and Tipper have been taken into custody and case has been registered against the driver.
