Kashmir Flooded: Schools converted into emergency shelters in Pampore

SRINAGAR


The people living on the left side of Jhelum in saffron town Pampore in South Kashmir have been evacuated from their residences and shifted to two schools-turned-flood emergency shelters.


MEI Pampore and Government Boys Higher Secondary have been converted into emergency shelters after breach in Jhelum in the area forced administration to evacuate people from their homes.


A local Aukaf is presently arranging food for the flood victims.
