SRINAGAR
Four persons, all herdsmen, were reported dead in Kousar Nag belt, reports public broadcaster, Radio Kashmir Srinagar.
There are a number of herdsmen trapped in meadows which are witnessing massive rains and water logging. A group of them are reported trapped in Doudpathri belt.
So far, more than 70 people are reported dead in the floods across the state.
Massive discharge in Jhelum river has started taking its toll on the other side of the LoC. Media reports from across the divide put the deaths at 14 in PaK.
