J&K gets its first cashless public hospital: DHSK

Srinagar: Directorate of Health Services, Kashmir (DHSK) has started its first cashless transaction services at District Hospital Pulwama Thursday, a statement said.

As per the statement, District Development Commissioner Pulwama Muneer Ul Islam officially launched the service by inaugurating this facility in presence of Zonal Manager J&K Bank Tasaduq and Medical Superintendent District Hospital Pulwama Dr Rashid Para.

These services, according to the statement will pave way for complete cashless transactions as desired by the Government post demonetisation.

Director Health Services, Kashmir Dr Saleem ur Rehman while congratulating the Hospital Administration said in the statement that it will definitely improve the financial transparency and such initiatives will go a long way in making various hospital services patient friendly.
