Boy Killed in Lalbazaar Road Accident: Police

J&K Police Monday evening said that a boy was killed in a road accident at Lalbazaar in Srinagar.

“Today in the afternoon a school bus of a Public School without registration number hit a boy Aqib Ahmed Shiekh aged about 03 years son of Nazir Ahmed resident of Zahidpora Shiekh Colony Hawal near Shiekh Colony Zahidpora Hawal resulting in his on spot death,” JKP spokesperson said in a statement..

“A case FIR number 16/2016 under section 279, 304-A has been registered and the driver of the vehicle has been arrested. Further investigation is going on,” the spokesperson said.
