SRINAGAR
A civilian died in a mysterious blast at Lach Mawar area of Handwara in district Kupwara, sources said.
Identified as Zahoor Ahmad Najar, he was shifted to hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.
The blast took place in the afternoon and police are investigating it, sources said.
