Weatherman forecast moderate rains, snow during next 24 hours

The weatherman has forecast widespread moderate rains and snow during the next 24 hours in Jammu and Kashmir.

Amid forecast for more rains and snow on today and tomorrow, night temperatures across the Kashmir valley have increased. Meanwhile, the Srinagar-Jammu highway, the only surface link of Kashmir to the outside world, remained open for one-way traffic and vehicles were allowed to move from one side.
