Srinagar: Police on Saturday detained one person from Haryana after he tried to hoist tricolour at Lal Chowk and chanted some slogans.
Police officials identified the man as Deepak Sharma from Haryana and is affiliated with Akali Dal.

Pertinent to mention here, that the atmosphere is already tense in Kashmir after the speculations on the abrogation of article 35 A.
Earlier, in a night long crackdown on the Jamat cadre around 150 activists were arrested including JKLF chairman Mohammad Yasin Malik and chief of Jamaat Abdul Hamid Fayaz.
