Panic gripped the entire area of Handwara on Sunday evening when unidentified persons lobbed a grenade at a police station in Handwara tehsil of district Kupwara.

According to reports, the grenade was lobbed at Kralgund. However, no injuries were reported immediately.
Pertinent to mention, this is the second such attack in past twenty-four hours in north Kashmir.
On Saturday evening, a grenade was lobbed at police station Baramulla by unidentified men.
A police official told Kashmir Life that investigations to nab the culprits have been started.
