Omar hits out at Assam Health minister over his cancer remark

Reacting to Assam Health Minister Himanta Sarma’s comment that cancer strikes those who sin, former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah said ‘what does a person say in the face of such ignorant and dangerous stupidity’.

“What does a person say in the face of such ignorant & dangerous stupidity! ” Mr Abdullah, who is the working president of National Conference (NC), wrote on micro-blogging site twitter.
