Fruit vendor in Tral shot, shifted to SMHS in critical condition

Unknown gunmen shot at and critically injured a fruit seller in Tral township of Pulwama district in southern part of Kashmir on Friday.

Reports said that gunmen riding a motorcycle opened fire on Rafiq Ahmad Bhat (37), alias Dada, at Main Chowk Tral, injuring him critically.

He was rushed to Sub-district hospital Tral where from he was referred to SMHS hospital Srinagar for specialized treatment. Bhat has reportedly been hit by a bullet in his neck.
