Veteran politician and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leader Sardar Rangeel Singh passed away in Jammu Tuesday morning.
Peoples Democratic Party has expressed sorrow and shock at the demise of Sardar Rangeel Singh.
At a condolence meeting of party leaders and legislators, rich tributes were paid to him and condolences were offered to the bereaved family.
PDP said, in his demise party has lost a devoted leader who was committed to the well-being of the people of Jammu & Kashmir all his life.
A spokesman of the party said while his departure to heavenly abode was a great loss to party, the state also has lost a politician whose career remained unblemished and whose contribution, particularly towards the state’s unity, communal harmony and social service will be appreciated even by his adversaries.
